“I’m the best corner in the game. When you try me with a sorry receiver like Crabtree that’s the result you’re going to get. Don’t you ever talk about me.” Those were the words spoken by Seattle Seahawks corner back Richard Sherman at the conclusion of their NFC championship match-up against the San Francisco 49ers. On Sunday against the best offense ever, led by Peyton Manning, we will find out if Sherman really is the best in his game at cornerback.

These are definitely the two best teams in the league. The no.1 offense vs. The no.1 defense. The Seattle Seahawks are attempting win their first ever Super Bowl whilst the Denver Broncos are looking for their first Super Bowl since the John Elway era. If Peyton Manning, following a record-breaking year, can win his second Super Bowl ring, surely he will be considered the best Quarter-back of all time.

However Peyton Manning has yet to play a top 5 defense and the Seahawks will be the Broncos toughest test yet. But it’s not only the Broncos offense who is in good form. In their two post-season games, the Broncos defense has kept the Patriots and the Chargers to less than 20 points, which is no mean feat, and Russell Wilson is a young, inexperienced Quarter-back who struggles in the pocket. He will be put under intense pressure by Pot Roast (Terrance Knighton) and Shaun Phillips who have sixteen regular and postseason sacks between them.

So who will win? You can make your voice heard in the poll below.
