Bradford v Leeds Beckett University
Leeds Beckett go in to this game top of the Yorkshire conference having posted 75 points in their last two games, however having not played last week could be a bit rusty against a Bradford side who look very capable of winning a few games this season. They opened up the season with a weak performance but have since conceded just 13 points in their last two games moving to a 2-1 record. This will be a real battle of offence v defence and I fancy LBU to take it.

University of Leeds v University of Lincoln
Leeds and Lincoln are both winless this season, however Leeds have only managed to play one game, leaving it hard to get a good idea of where they are this season. Lincoln have played against three teams who have just one loss between them, however they have struggled on offence and have a looked a very average team. In Leeds’ only game this season they played some awful defence losing 60-22 to Huddersfield. Once again something has to give as a weak offence play a weak defence. I’m giving this to Leeds largely due to home advantage and the fact their season hasn’t got going.

Huddersfield v Hull
This game could be very interesting with both teams having one loss, with Huddersfield having played one game more. A win for Hull here will more than likely put them above Huddersfield as they would drop to .500. Huddersfield have been a mixed bag this year, relying on offence to win one, defence to win one and putting up a poor display to lose to LBU. These would be the signs of a well rounded team, however putting that loss in there it looks like only one side of the ball can dominate, and against good teams they struggle. Hull meanwhile have played good defence conceding just 24 points in two games, all of those coming in the defeat to high flyers Sheffield. I fancy Hull to knick this one, but it could either way.
