Goals were aplenty throughout the latest Evo-Stik game week, which started off on Monday with Scarborough Athletic putting six goals past Harrogate Railway at Station View. Four goals in the opening 21 minutes all but sealed victory as Thomas Corner bagged a quick-fire hat trick along with a Gary Bradshaw strike. Alex Peterson and Ryan Blott also bagged second half goals.

Prescot Cables’ nightmare season continued with an 8-0 thrashing at the hands of Trafford with Chris McDonagh scoring five. Lee Rick, Josh Granite and Matt Kay also put the ball in the net. Glossop North End defeated Droylsden 6-0 thanks to braces from Jamie Rainford and David Young. A see-saw match between Clitheroe and Lancaster saw Clitheroe run out 4-2 winners. An Aaron Taylor brace saw Lancaster come from 2-0 down to equalise before Lloyd Dean and Scott Harries sealed the win for the home side. A Nathan Fisher hat trick helped Spennymoor down Ossett Town 5-1 at Ingfield, while neighbours Ossett Albion defeated New Mills 4-1.

A 90th minute winner from Ben Mills earnt Witton Albion a point at home to Mossley, Northwich Victoria defeated Radcliffe Borough 2-1, and Bamber Bridge drew 1-1 with Kendal. Burscough survived a scare to defeat Warrington 4-1, with Ciaran Kilheeney halving the deficit before Wade Joyce and Chris Tyson sealed the win. 

Elsewhere at Throstle Nest Leon Henry scored a late winner for Brighouse Town to seal all three points in a scrappy game against Farsley Celtic.
