Next up for Farsley is the long trip to Barwell to face the Evo-Stik Premier Division side in the FA Trophy 2nd qualifying round which will be a tough game for The Celts. To reach this stage of the competition Farsley have had successes over Radcliffe Borough and Mossley with 3-1 score lines, both away from home. Farsley have also been in great form in the league sitting atop of the pile in the Evo-Stik Division 1 North, and are unbeaten in their last five games in all competitions, winning four of them and drawing their most recent game on Tuesday 0-0 with Ramsbottom United. On the injury front left back Ryan Serrant remains on the sidelines whilst Richard Marshall serves the final game of his three match suspension which he picked up against Mossley in the previous round of this competition.

Barwell have had a tricky start to the season as they lie 18th in the Evo-Stik Premier division and have had a mixed bag of results of late, winning three and losing three of their last six in all competitions. Barwell joined the competition in the first qualifying round and progressed to this stage by defeating Ilkeston 2-0. Barwell have new signing Callum Ball on hand to make his debut this Saturday, the 24 year old striker joining from Corby Town. They have no apparent injury concerns.
