Second placed Glossop North End host third placed Farsley Celtic in a big match at the top of the Evo-Stik Division 1 North. Glossop are two points clear of Farsley at the moment however The Celts have two games in hand on their rivals and could leapfrog them with victory tomorrow.

Farsley are currently six games unbeaten in all competitions, however like their opponents had no game at the weekend due to the weather. In this run Farsley have recorded impressive victories over Barwell (3-2) in the FA Trophy and Prescot Cables (3-0) in the league. On the injury front, Alex Davidson is likely to be out for a while with a hamstring injury whilst Ryan Serrant will be pushing for a return, otherwise Neil Parsley and John Deacey should have everyone else available.

Glossop have lost just one of their past seven games in the league, a surprise 2-1 defeat at the hands of Goole AFC. They also recorded a superb victory over Brighouse Town (2-0) and demolished Witton Albion (6-0) in their most recent game, in the league cup. They have no apparent injury concerns.

The game will take place at the Arthur Goldthorpe Stadium (Surrey Street) and the postcode is SK13 7AJ. Admission prices are adults £7.50, concessions £4 and U16s £2.

IMPORTANT: There will be a pitch inspection at the Arthur Goldthorpe Stadium at 3.30pm tomorrow and we will keep you informed as to whether the game will go ahead.
